Dear Keith,
Windsor Gas Processing wishes to withdraw the approved
USR permits #856 , 857 and 858 . On January 18, 1989 the Weld
County Board of County Commissioners did approve USR #866
for a gas processing plant to be located in the NE/4 NW/4 of
Section 32 , T4N, R66W. This is the location where we will
construct 'our plant.
I will be completing all the additional permits needed for
this site, such as the soil drainage plan and air pollution
control permits , in the near future. As I finish each permit
I will forward to you the documents for your review and approval. .
I am surveying the 5 acre site today, and will send you a
completed zoning exemption within a weeks time.
