RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF RALEIGH J. VINCENT AND REAPPOINTMENT
OF MELLIE BRAND, ED GIECK, AND JUNE DAILEY TO AREA AGENCY ON
AGING
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, several vacancies currently exist on the Area Agency
on Aging, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Raleigh J. Vincent be
appointed to said Board and that Mellie Brand, Ed Gieck, and June
Dailey be reappointed to said Board, with their terms to expire
January 31 , 1992 , and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to appoint and reappoint the above
named individuals to said Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Raleigh J. Vincent
be, and hereby is, appointed to the Area Agency on Aging, with his
term to expire January 31 , 1992 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Mellie Brand , Ed
Gieck, and June Daily be, and hereby are, reappointed to the Area
Agency on Aging, with their terms to expire January 31 , 1992 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 27th day of
February, A.D. , 1989.
