RE: GRANT REQUEST OF BEEBE DRAW FARMS AND EQUESTRIAN CENTER TO
PRE-ADVERTISE HEARING
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
-affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Beebe Draw Farms and Equestrian Center has submitted
-a letter to the Board requesting that a hearing to consider a
Replat of the First Filing be pre-advertised, and
WHEREAS, a copy of said letter of request is attached hereto
and incorporated herein by reference, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to grant
said request and set the hearing to consider this matter for March
22 , 1989 , at 10 :00 a.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request of Beebe
Draw Farms and Equestrian Center to pre-advertise a hearing be,
and hereby is , approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that said hearing be, and
hereby is, set for March 22 , 1989 , at 10 : 00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 6th day of
February, A.D. , 1989 .

Re: Request to Preadvertise
Dear Tommie:
The undersigned has submitted an application to the Department of
Planning Services to Replat the First Filing of Beebe Draw Farms and
Equestrian Center.
We respectfully request that the County Commission grant our request to
preadvertise this matter. We just recently determined in the field that
improvements should be made to a portion of the lot layouts and road and
drainage plans, and we need to get the Replat approved and recorded as soon
as possible.
We will appear before the Commission at whatever time is scheduled, and
will pay all of the costs associated with the preadvertising.
