permit and an amendment to the permit will be required. I am enclosing a
Use by Special Review permit procedural guide. I would suggest you review

me.

Dear Chuck:
Enron Oil Trading and Transportation Company is working with Continental
Pipe Line regarding the building of an additional crude oil truck un-
loading facility at Pierce, Colorado. This would be an addition to an
existing facility.
I have enclosed a diagram from Continental Pipe Line showing the pro-
posed location.
I am anticipating four (4) truck deliveries a day into the facility.
If this facility was not built, the trucks would continue past Pierce
to Cheyenne on Highway 85.
Please let me know how to proceed from here.
