RE: APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO REPLAT OF ARROWHEAD SUBDIVISION -
STEVE LUNDVALL
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on the 11th day of December, 1985 , the Board did
approve a request for the resubdivision of Lots 1 and 2 , Arrowhead
Subdivision, Fourth Filing, and
WHEREAS, a request has now been received from Steve S.
Lundvall to amend the resubdivision by the deletion of Condition
#1-B and the addition of a Condition stating that Kiowa Drive will
be paved by June 30 , 1986 , and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to
approve the request to amend the replat of Arrowhead Subdivision.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request from
Steve S. Lundvall that the resubdivision of Lots 1 and 2 ,
Arrowhead Subdivision, Fourth Filing, be amended by the deletion
of Condition #1-B and the addition of a Condition stating that
Kiowa Drive shall be paved by June 30 , 1986 , be, and hereby is,
approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 30th day of
December, A.D. , 1985 .

Dear Commissioners:
It is hereby requested that the requirements to have Kiowa Drive paved prior to
the issuance of building permits be amended to require that Kiowa Drive be
paved prior to June 30, 1986.
