SNYDER FOR PROPERTY LOCATED IN PIERCE, COLORADO WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners did, on the 10th day of December, 1984 , enter into an Agreement with David W. Snyder concerning the purchase of Lot 8 , Block 7 , First Addition, Town of Pierce, and WHEREAS, the Board has been advised that all payments have been made in accordance with said Agreement, and WHEREAS , the Board deems it advisable to authorize the Chairman to sign a Quit Claim Deed conveying said property to David W. Snyder. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Chairman be, and hereby is, authorized to sign a Quit Claim Deed conveying the property described as Lot 8 , Block 7 , First Addition, Town of Pierce, to David W. Snyder. In addition to the deed provided, it will be necessary for the County to provide a certified copy of a Resolution of the Board of County Commissioners authorizing the sale of such real property and appointing the Chairman of the Board, Jacqueline Johnson, as the board member authorized to execute the deed. This requirement is required by Transamerica Title before insuring title to the property in buyer's name. Please forward a certified copy of such Resolution directly to this office.
