RE: APPROVE MAPS OF ELECTION PRECINCT BOUNDARIES IN THE CITY OF
GREELEY, COUNTY OF WELD, STATE OF COLORADO; IN INDIVIDUAL
COMMUNITIES OTHER THAN GREELEY IN WELD COUNTY; AND IN THE
WELD COUNTY RURAL ELECTION PRECINCTS
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board did, by Resolution dated May 27 , 1987 ,
establish the boundaries of the various voting precincts located
within in Weld County, and
WHEREAS, Mary Ann Feuerstein, Weld County Clerk and Recorder,
has presented the Board with maps , known as Exhibit "A" , which
indicates the boundaries of the voting precincts for the City of
Greeley; Exhibit "B" , which indicates the boundaries of the voting
precincts in the rural areas of Weld County; and Exhibit "C" ,
which indicates the boundaries of the voting precincts in the
cities and towns, excluding Greeley, which contain more than one
precinct in any such town, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to approve said voting
precinct maps, known as the hereinabove mentioned Exhibits "A"
through "C" .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the maps of the
voting precincts and boundaries in Weld County, Colorado, be, and
hereby are, approved.

RE: PRECINCT MAPS
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 1st day of
February, A.D. , 1988 .
