RE: DECLARE CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE TOWN OF AULT AS
SURPLUS PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Weld County currently owns the following described
property located in the Town of Ault, Colorado:
Lots 1-9 , Block 2 , First Pence Subdivision to
Town of Ault, Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners finds that the
above described property is no longer needed by Weld County for
governmental purposes, and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to declare said property as
surplus property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the above described
property located in the Town of Ault be, and hereby is, declared
to be surplus property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Purchasing
Director advertise said property for sale and accept sealed bids,
with the high bidder and any bidder within 10% of the high bid
being allowed to participate in an oral bid procedure if they so
wish.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 25th day of
January, A.D. , 1989 .
