RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 1576 - PUBLIC SERVICE COMPANY OF COLORADO WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 7th day of August, 1989, considered the request of Public Service Company of Colorado for one mobile home to be used as an accessory use, and WHEREAS, said mobile home is to be occupied in the C (Commercial) or I (Industrial) Zone District on a parcel of land being more particularly described as follows : Section 10, Township 3 North, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request of Public Service Company of Colorado for permission to place a mobile home to be used as an accessory use on the above described parcel of land, which was found to be in compliance with Section 43 of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, be, and hereby is, granted.
