RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF JUDGE WILLIAM WEST TO THE COMMUNITY
CORRECTIONS ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Community
Corrections Advisory Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Judge William West be
appointed to said Board, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Judge
William West to the Community Corrections Advisory Board, for a
term to expire August 1, 1991.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Judge William West
be, and hereby is, appointed to the Community Corrections Advisory
Board, with his term to expire August 1 , 1991 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 24th day of
August, A.D. , 1988 .
