65 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M. , WELD COUNTY, COLORADO.

0o WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
N, % Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
ca• affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and

.44. Z WHEREAS, certain property located in the Si of Section 12 and
.40 the Si of Section 13 , Township 5 North, Range 65 West of the 6th
P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, is required for the construction of

• Weld County Bridge 58/47B and improvements to Weld County Road 58 ,

H WHEREAS, it appears that the recorded fee owner of said
property is the Colorado Industrial Bank of Loveland, and

WHEREAS, the County has not been able to acquire the property

a WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the condemnation of

the property is in the best interests of Weld County and that the
Weld County Attorney is hereby authorized to proceed with the
\o `, condemnation action against that property which is more
N ry particularly described in Exhibit "A, " a copy of which is attached
-"D hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Weld County
Attorney is hereby authorized to proceed with the condemnation
proceedings on the hereinabove mentioned property.
