RE: APPROVE CORRECTION CONCERNING CHANGE ORDERS FOR CENTENNIAL
ANNEX
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Weld County entered into a construction contract to
remodel the Centennial Annex with G.L. Hoff Construction on April
10, 1986 , and
WHEREAS, on October 20 , 1986, the Board approved Change
Orders totalling $14, 996. 23 , for G.L. Hoff Construction, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been advised that the correct total of
said Change Orders is $19 , 621 . 23 , and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it necessary to correct the total
for the Change Orders to state $19, 621. 23 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the correction to the
total of the Change Orders as hereinabove stated be, and hereby
is , approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 27th day of
