RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO WELD COUNTY LOCAL ENERGY IMPACT
REVIEW TEAM
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Weld County Local
Energy Impact Review Team, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Mary Jane Hall and
Robert Masden be appointed to said Board as mayors of Weld County
communities, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to
appoint Mary Jane Hall and Robert Masden to said Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Mary Jane Hall and
Robert Masden be, and hereby are, appointed to the Weld County
Local Energy Impact Review Team as mayors of Weld County
communities.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 6th day of
February, A.D. , 1989 .
