RE: DECLARE CERTAIN PROPERTY AS SURPLUS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Sheriff has identified that a
Beckman Acculab 8 Infrared Spectrophotometer, described as Asset
#5420004 , is no longer needed by the County and is recommended
to be traded-in on new equipment, and
WHEREAS, State statute and the Weld County Administrative
Manual requires that all items disposed of be declared surplus
by the Board of County Commissioners.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, hereby declares the
Beckman Acculab 8 Infrared Spectrophotometer as surplus
property, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board of County
Commissioners hereby authorize the trade-in of the item on new
equipment.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 26th day of
February, A.D. , 1986 .
