RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 1012 - MGF OIL CORPORATION WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 8th day of May, 1985 , considered the request of MGF Oil Corporation for a mobile home to be used as an accessory structure, and WHEREAS, said mobile home is to be located in an A-Agricultural Zone District on a parcel of land being more particularly described as follows: Part of the SW4 SWa, Section 8 , Township 2 North, Range 62 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners , having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject to the following conditions: 1) The applicant shall apply for a building permit for the mobile home within thirty days from the date of approval by the Board of County Commissioners; and 2) Use of the mobile home shall not be continued until such time that the applicant has complied with the above mentioned condition.
