RESOLUTION OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
WHEREAS, The County Commissioners of Weld County,
State of Colorado, at a duly and lawfully called regular meeting held on the 7th day of
May , A. D. 19 86 , at which meeting there were present the following members:
Chairman Jacqueline Johnson, Commissioners Gordon E. Lacy, Gene R. Brantner,
C.W. (Bill) Kirby, and Frank Yamaguchi
notice of such meeting and an opportunity to be present having been given to the Assessor of said County and
said Assessor Herb Hansen being present; and
WHEREAS, The said County Commissioners have carefully considered the within application, and
are fully advised in relation thereto,
NOW BE IT RESOLVED, That said petition be granted and the recommendation of
the Assessor be concurred in, and an abatement—refund—allowed on an assessed valuation of$ 93,770.00
on equipment for the year 19 85 , tax $ 8,281,12

Commissioners will hear your petition for tax abatement or refund
on the property described as: 350 H.P. Gas Compressor Unit #3538
- Assessment Schedule Number 51311 0208 0009647 . This meeting is
scheduled for Wednesday, May 7 , 1986 , at 9 : 00 A.M.
The meeting will be held in the Chambers of the Board, Weld County
Centennial Center, First Floor, 915 10th Street, Greeley,
