Home My WebLink About880817.tiff RESOLUTION RE: GRANT REQUEST OF SAM AGHAJANI TO PRE-ADVERTISE SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT AND SITE SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, Sam Aghajani submitted a letter to the Board requesting that a Special Review Permit and Site Specific Development Plan be pre-advertised, and WHEREAS, a copy of said letter of request is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it appropriate to grant said request to pre-advertise this matter. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request of Sam Aghajani to pre-advertise a Special Review Permit and Site Specific Development Plan be, and hereby is, granted . All persons in any manner interested in the Site Specific Development Plan and Special Review Permit are requested to attend and may be heard. Should the applicant or any interested party desire the presence of a court reporter to make a record of the proceedings, in addition to the taped record which will be kept during the hearing, the Clerk to the Board's Office can be contacted for a list of certified court reporters in the area.
