RE: REAPPOINTMENT OF MARY TUCK, LOLA FEHR AND MARY HENNECK TO THE
WELD COUNTY HEALTH BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Weld County Health
Board, and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to reappoint Mary Tuck (District
3) , Lola Fehr (District 4) and Mary Henneck (At-large) for terms
to expire May 23 , 1988 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Mary Tuck, Lola Fehr
and Mary Henneck be, and hereby are, reappointed to the Weld
County Health Board for terms to expire May 23 , 1988 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 20th day of
May, A.D. , 1985.
