Weld, State of Colorado EXCEPT that certain parcel recorded in Book 1119, at
Reception No. 2060900, and EXCEPT that certain parcel recorded in Book 1175, at
Reception No. 2120115, and EXCEPT that certain parcel more particularly
described as follows:
That certain tract of land in the Southwest Quarter of Section 15, Township 7
North, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M., more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point which is North 30 feet and South 89°17' East 148 feet from
the Southwest corner of said Southwest Quarter of said Section 15; thence North
05'45' West 61 feet to a point; thence North 11'18' West 32 feet to a point;
thence North 141 feet to a point; thence West 44 feet to a point on the East
right of way line of railroad of the Colorado and Southern Railway Company's
Black Hollow Branch, (now known as the Burlington Northern Railroad), as now
located; thence North on the said East right of way line of said railroad 1365
feet, more or less, to the
point of tangency of an eight degree curve of said East right of way line of
said railroad; thence on said eight degree curve to the left, 266 feet to a
