RE: APPOINTMENT OF JAMES KADLECEK AND SHARON LINHART TO THE PRIVATE
INDUSTRY COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is
vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County,
Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exists on the Private Industry
Council , and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that James Kadlecek and Sharon
Linhart be appointed to fill said vacancies for a term to expire
December 31, 1987, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint James Kadlecek and
Sharon Linhart to said council .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, that James Kadlecek and Sharon Linhart be, and
hereby are, appointed to the Private Industry Council for a term to
expire December 31, 1987.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 22nd day of May, A.D. ,
1985.
