RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF BILL WARREN TO SOUTHEAST WELD PEST
CONTROL DISTRICT ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , a vacancy currently exists on the Southeast Weld
Pest Control District Advisory Board, and
WHEREAS , the Weld County Pest and Weed Department has
recommended that Bill Warren be appointed to said Board, replacing
Charles Baumgartner, and
WHEREAS, upon recommendation of the Pest and Weed Department,
the Board desires to appoint Bill Warren to the Southeast Weld
Pest Control District Advisory Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Bill Warren be, and
hereby is , appointed to the Southeast Weld Pest Control District
Advisory Board.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 30th day of

member above. Bill Warren is President of the Colorado Wheat Growers
Association this year and I believe he would be an asset to the
Advisory Board. I contacted Bill and he said he would serve on the
