NOTICE OF HEARING
RE: Dissolution of Evans Sanitation District
TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Directors of Evans
Sanitation District has petitioned for dissolution of the
district ; at a hearing has been set to be held in
Div. , District Court , Weld County , at the Weld County
Courthouse , Ninth Avenue and Ninth Stereet , Greley , Colorado ,
)D
at jl.M. on �zu , 1985 ,
on said petition . ,
The district is located in parts of Sections 19 , 20 , 29 ,
and 30 , Township 5 North , Range 65 West of the 6th P .M. , in
the City of Evans , County of Weld , State of Colorado . It is
bounded generally by the city limits of the City of Evans ,
Colorado .
Any interested party may appear and be heard on the
sufficiency of the Petition for Dissolution or the adequacy
of the provisions for continuance of existing services and
the financing thereof .

The plan of dissolution provides generally that the
district has no financial obligations or outstanding bonds ;
that the assets and facilities of the district will be
assigned to the City of Evans ; that the City of Evans will
continue all services consistent with the services presently
being supplied by the • district ; that the special district
lies wholly within the boundaries of the City of Evans ; that
the district will be completely dissolved ; that no board will
cor riiiue in operation ; and that the City Council of the City
£,vEpizipand the Board of Directors of the Evans Sanitation
r ;�� ve each consented to the dissolution .
