Subject: Counseling Services for EODS
Enclosed for Board approval is an agreement between Dr. Margaret E.
Morelli and the Employment Opportunities Delivery System (EODS).
Dr. Morelli will continue to provide vocational counseling and testing
services to EODS clients. This service will be provided at the rate of
$6.00 per hour, not to exceed $1,500.00.
In addition, Dr. Morelli will be the instructor for a Basic Job Skills
class for youth. This particular class is available for the youth who
do not qualify for the subsidized summer programs. Special funding was
received from the Colorado Department of Labor in order to conduct these
classes. Dr. Morelli will receive $18.00 per class instructed. The
total amount cannot exceed $874.00.
The term of this agreement is from June 21, 1985, through December 31,
1985.

COUNTY OF WELD, STATE OF COLORADO
STANDARD AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 14th day of August,
1985, by and between the Weld County Division of Human Resources'
Employment Opportunities Delivery System, hereinafter called "EODS" , and
Dr. Margaret E. Morelli , hereinafter called "Contractor".
WITNESSETH:
That the Contractor for and in consideration of the covenants, con-
ditions, agreements, and stipulations of EODS hereinafter expressed,
does hereby agree to furnish to EODS the services and materials, as
follows, and/or as described on exhibits attached to and incorporated
herein.
1. The Contractor shall be a certified Employment Service
Counselor as authorized by the Colorado Division of Employment and
Training.
2. The Contractor will provide vocational counseling (choice,
change, and adjustment) , and testing services to Employment
Opportunities Delivery System (EODS) clients.
3. The Contractor will provide a Basic Job Skills class to youth
enrolled in the Governor's Summer Job Hunt program.
4. EODS shall arrange for appropriate testing (approximately 3
hours per week) and counseling appointments (approximately 7 hours per
week).
5. The Contractor will be responsible for all appropriate record
keeping in keeping with EODS criteria.
6. The Contractor shall follow the policies and procedures of
EODS.
7. EODS will not provide for mileage.
8. The contract period will be from June 21 , 1985 through
December 31, 1985.
9. EODS agrees to pay the Contractor for services performed
hereunder at a rate of $6.00 per hour for counseling services and/or
$18.00 per testing session and grading. The total amount paid by EODS
to the Contractor for counseling and/or testing shall not exceed
$1,500.00.
EODS also agrees to pay the Contractor for services performed for the
Basic Job Skills class for youth at the rate of $18.00 per class to a
maximum amount of $72.00 per day. The total amount paid by EODS to the
Contractor for the Basic Job Skills classes shall not exceed $874.00.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Agreement as
of the day and year above written.
