RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 1051 - JOSEPH F. AND KATRINKA N.
GRASHOT AND JOHN E. HESS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, on the 31st day of July, 1985 , considered the request of
Joseph F. and Katrinka N. Grashot and John E. Hess for a mobile
home to be used as a principal dwelling, and
WHEREAS, said mobile home is to be occupied in an
A-Agricultural Zone District on a parcel of land being more
particularly described as follows:
Part of the NE4, Section 18 , Township 6 North,
Range 63 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County,
Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners , having heard the
testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject to
the following conditions: 1) The applicants shall apply for a
building permit for the mobile home within thirty days from the
date of approval by the Board of County Commissioners; and 2) The
mobile home shall not be occupied until such time that the
applicant has complied with the above mentioned condition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request of Joseph
F. and Katrinka N. Grashot and John E. Hess for permission to
place a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling on the
above described parcel of land, which was found to be in
compliance with Section 43 of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance,
be, and hereby is, granted subject to the hereinabove listed
conditions.

The Department of Planning Services staff has reviewed this request and
recommends that the request be approved for the following reasons:

COMMENTS:
The Department of Planning Services has received no objections to this
proposal.
The Department of Planning Services staff recommendation for approval is
conditional upon the following:
1. The applicant applying for a building permit for the mobile home
within thirty (30) days from the date of approval by the Board of
County Commissioners.

Re: Grashot Zoning Permit
Dear Ms. Dunn:
Please find enclosed the Application for a Zoning Permit for a mobile
home that we discussed by telephone last week.
You will recall that James E. Hess and Elizabeth Hess have filed for
a Recorded Exemption on their property, Case No. 748. The Recorded
Exemption was approved by the Weld County Commissioners on April 24,
1985, and my clients have hired Jay Freese to do the survey work.
As soon as the survey is completed, we will submit it to you and have
the Recorded Exemption Application finalized.
In the meantime, my clients have been served a notice concerning their
present Zoning Permit for a mobile home which only allows six months
for temporary storage. This Permit expires at the end of May 1985.
You should be advised that Joseph and Katrinka Grashot plan to live
in the mobile home and are currently living in Denver until this Appli-
cation is approved.
Accordingly, we desire to have the Zoning Permit for Mobile Home processed
by the Planning Services and a hearing set before the County Commissioners
on the attached Application. Naturally, we will submit a Deed showing
ownership of Joseph Franklin Grashot, Jr., Katrinka Nan Grashot and
John Farl Hess before the County Commissioner hearing that reflects
their ownership in the property.
I am enclosing the Application fee of $100 together with the Application
and an Affidavit of interested owners signed by Joseph F. Grashot.
