determined that the boarding will not be a major change to the special use
permit as approved and an amendment will not be required.

I respectfully request information regarding my Special Use Permit number
240 . Legal:swl/4 Section 28 Township 2 north range 67 west of the 6th p.m.
weld county. I would like to board a small number of dogs at this location.
I do have a copy of the Resolution dated May 13, 1974 that authorizes me
to have a dog kennell operation at this location, 8275 WC road 16 Ft. Lupton
80621. Ihave had personally had 6 years experience in this feffeld and would
have an approved kennell license from the state health dept. ,weld county.
