RE: APPROVE PURCHASE OF THREE USED TOUGH JOHN PORTABLE TOILETS
FROM SLIM' S SANITATION, INC.
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Purchasing Policies and Procedures
require that all used property be purchased by Board Resolution,
and
WHEREAS, the Road and Bridge Department has recommended the
purchase of three used old Tough John portable toilets from Slim' s
Sanitation, Inc. , for a total cost of $900 .00 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, hereby authorizes the
purchase of said portable toilets from Slim' s Sanitation, Inc. ,
for a total cost of $900 .00 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 27th day of
March, A.D. , 1989 .
