In order to add an accessory dwelling to your property located in SE1r. of Section 28, T5N, R64W, it will be necessary for you to apply for and have approved a zoning permit and building permit. You also indicated plans to place an accessory dwelling on Weld County Road 51 in Section 30, T5N, R64W, and requested the transfer of a mobile home zoning permit for this use. This will not be possible, as these are 2 different types of structures. There are 2 other options open to you, however. 1. Remove the dwelling located at 24502 Weld County Road 54. Gloria: As you requested yesterday, I am writing this letter to ask for prompt issuance of these 2 permits. It is getting late and we want to get these 2 homes enclosed before bad weather arrives. One new home will be located on Sec. 30, T5N,R64W (see attached plot drawing) One new home will be located on E2, SE4, Sec. 28, T5N,R64W (see attached plot drawing) As you know, P & A has a total of 11 Homes and 6 Mobile Homes on the properties. These 17 sites have been previously approved by Weld County. /The site located at 24502 WCR #54 was vaccated 2 to 3 years ago and does not contain a home or mobile home. Upon completion of the new home on Sec. 30, the mobile home located at 25481 WCR #51 will no longer be used and will be removed from the property. In addition, the mobile home located at 24258 WCR #54 is unoccupied. We have no plans to use this mobile home again, and hope to build a new home on this site in 1986. P & A as 17 legal residence sites on its property. There is no residence on 1 site (24502 WCR #54). We will remove a old mobile home at another site (25481 WCR #51), build these 2 homes and P & A will still have 17 residence sites.
