RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF RAY SAUER TO MILLIKEN-LA SALLE-KERSEY
PEST CONTROL DISTRICT ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , a vacancy currently exists on the
Milliken-La Salle-Kersey Pest Control District Advisory Board, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Pest and Weed Department has
recommended that Ray Sauer be appointed to said Board, replacing
George Maxey, and
WHEREAS, upon recommendation of the Pest and Weed Department,
the Board desires to appoint Ray Sauer to the
Milliken-La Salle-Kersey Pest Control District Advisory Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Ray Sauer be, and
hereby is, appointed to the Milliken-La-Salle-Kersey Pest Control
District Advisory Board.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 30th day of
November, A.D. , 1987 .

One member of the Milliken-LaSalle-Kersey Pest Control District Advisory
Board has requested to be replaced on the Board. His name and address are

I would like to request that the person listed below replace George. Ray
was contacted by George and myself and he said he would serve on the
Board at the Commissioners pleasure. Ray's address is as follows:

Ray works for the Union Ditch Company and has worked with my department in
establishing research plots on their ditch. He is interested in Weed Control
and would be an asset to the Advisory Board.
