RE: AUTHORIZATION FOR WELD COUNTY TREASURER TO CANCEL CERTAIN TAX
SALE CERTIFICATES
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Francis M. Loustalet, Weld County Treasurer, has
requested authorization to cancel certain County Tax Sale
Certificates, as listed on Exhibit A, attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it advisable
to cancel said Tax Sale Certificates as requested by the Weld
County Treasurer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Francis M. Loustalet,
Weld County Treasurer, be and hereby is, authorized to cancel said
County Tax Sale Certificates as listed on Exhibit "A" .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 16th day of
March, A.D. , 1988 .

This home was moved out of the county with no trace as
to where it went. We went to the state - they do not have
this home on file in the State of Colorado. Home has not
been assessed for 1986 or 1987 taxes.

we do not know when. Assessor ' s office has abated 1984 and 1985
