RE: GRANT MOBILE TOME PERMIT NO. 1359 - ROBERT MILLER
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, on the 4th day of November, 1987 , considered the request
of Robert Miller for a Zoning Permit for an extension beyond 6
months for temporary storage of a mobile home , and
WHEREAS, said mobile home is to be stored in an
A-Agricultural Zone District on a parcel of land being more
particularly described as follows :
Lot 7 , Block 26 Aristocrat Ranchettes
Subdivision, Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners , having heard the
testimony, finds that said request should be granted and that
Mobile Home Building permit #2458 shall be transferred to this
zoning permit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request of Robert
Miller for a Zoning Permit for an extension beyond 6 months for
temporary storage of a mobile home on the above described parcel
of land, be, and hereby is , granted, until January 8, 1988 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Mobile Home Building permit #2458
shall be transferred to this zoning permit.

This request is for a Zoning Permit for an extension beyond six months for
temporary storage of a mobile home.
Legal Description of Parcel : Lot 7, Block 26, Aristocrat Ranchettes
Subdivision, Weld County, Colorado
Location: Approximately one mile north of Fort Lupton
The Department of Planning Services' staff has reviewed this request and
approves this request for the following reasons:
WILL WILL NOT
X Be compatible with the Weld County Comprehensive
Plan.
X _ Be compatible with the surrounding area.
X Re in harmony with the character of the
neighborhood.
X _ Adversely affect the immediate area.
X Adversely affect the general health, safety and
welfare of the inhabitants of the area and the
County.
COMMENTS:
If approved, this extension will be valid until January 8, 1988. ZPMH-1270
for an extension beyond six months for temporary storage of a mobile home
was approved on -March 11, 1987, by the Board of County Commissioners and
expired on July 8, 1987. The applicant has stated that storage of the
mobile home on the property is necessary. Robert Miller is buying Lot 7
from Arnold and Kimberly Miller, and has stated to the Department of
Planning Services' staff that a water tap will not be available for the lot
for a year or more.
The applicant did not submit a petition for this proposal.
The Department of Planning Services' staff would further recommend that
Mobile Home Building permit #2458 be transferred to this zoning permit.
The Department of Planning Services' staff has not received any objections
to this request from any of the surrounding property owners.
