RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 1436 - JAMES AND BETTY STEWART WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 13th day of July, 1988 , considered the request of James and Betty Stewart for a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling, and WHEREAS, said mobile home is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District on a parcel of land being more particularly described as follows: Lot 4 , Block 56 , Aristocrat Ranchettes Subdivision, Second Filing, Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject to the following conditions: 1) The applicant shall apply for a building permit for the mobile home within thirty days from the date of approval by the Board of County Commissioners; 2) A septic permit shall be obtained and the site shall meet percolation test requirements prior to the issuance of a building permit; and 3) The mobile home shall not be occupied until such time that the applicant has complied with the above mentioned conditions. The applicant did not submit a petition for this proposal. The Department of Planning Services' staff has not received any objections to this request from the surrounding property owners.
