RE: APPROVE REVISED CERTIFICATION OF LEVIES AND REVENUES AND
AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board did, by Resolution dated December 14 ,
1988 , approve the 1988 Certification of Levies and Revenues to be
submitted to the Department of Local Affairs, Division of Property
Taxation, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Revised
Certification of Levies and Revenues , and
WHEREAS , the only change in said Revised Certification is the
addition of a mill levy of 5 .520 for a bond redemption fund for
the RE10J School District, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to
approve the Revised Certification of Levies and Revenues, a copy
being attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Revised
Certification of Levies and Revenues be , and hereby is, approved
for submission to the Department of Local Affairs, Division of
Property Tax Administration.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and
hereby is, authorized to sign said Amended Certification.
