Home My WebLink About860505 RESOLUTION RE: DECLARE FIVE MOBILE HOMES AS SURPLUS WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado , and WHEREAS, the Weld County Treasurer has advised the Board of County Commissioners that through tax sale , the County has acquired five mobile homes , and WHEREAS, there does not appear to be a need for the mobile homes for County use and it would be in the best interests of the County to declare them surplus and to sell them. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the following mobile homes are hereby declared surplus property: 1979 Hillcrest, VIN-533M 1965 Continental , VIN-S10435 1968 New Moon, VIN-FH220621 1970 Liberty, VIN-K00273 1982 Atlantic , VIN-4723305489 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Director of Purchasing be, and hereby is , directed to prepare a sales bid for the mobile homes.
