RE : APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF SHAUNA CAIN AND REAPPOINTMENTS OF JOE
FLEMING AND CHARLES McDONALD TO THE HUMAN RESOURCES ADVISORY
BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, several vacancies currently exist on the Human
Resources Advisory Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Shauna Cain be
appointed to replace Sherrie Rybus on said Board, with her term to
expire on December 31 , 1989 , and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Joe Fleming and Charles
McDonald be reappointed to said Board, with their terms to expire
December 31 , 1991 , and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Shauna Cain be, and
hereby is, appointed to the Human Resources Advisory Board, with
her term to expire December 31 , 1989 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Joe Fleming and
Charles McDonald be, and hereby are, reappointed to the Human
Resources Advisory Board, with their terms to expire December 31 ,
1991 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 1st day of
March, A.D. , 1989 . 1989 .
