RE: REAPPOINTMENT OF JULIANNE HAEFELI AND APPOINTMENT OF JUNE
STEINMARK TO THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR NORTH COLORADO MEDICAL
CENTER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Board of Trustees
for North Colorado Medical Center, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it advisable
to reappoint Julianne Haefeli to said Board, for a term to expire
on the 2nd Tuesday in January, 1990, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it advisable
to appoint June Steinmark to said Board, for a term to expire on
the 2nd Tuesday in January, 1990 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Julianne Haefeli be,
and hereby is, reappointed to the Board of Trustees for North
Colorado Medical Center, for a term to expire as stated herein.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that June Steinmark be,
and hereby is, appointed to the Board of Trustees for North
Colorado Medical Center, for a term to expire as stated herein.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 5th day of
January, A.D. , 1987.
