RE: APPROVE UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE FINANCING STATEMENTS FOR WELD
MENTAL HEALTH CENTER PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on April 28 , 1986 , the Weld Mental Health Revenue
Refunding and Facilities Bonds , Series 1986 , for the Weld Mental
Health Center Project, was approved by the Board, and
WHEREAS , after reviewing the records for the re-issue of said
Bonds, it has been ascertained that no Uniform Commercial Code
(UCC) Financing Statements are in the file, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to approve the UCC
Financing Statements necessary for the file of the Weld Mental
Health Center Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the UCC Financing
Statements be, and hereby are , approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be , and
hereby is , authorized to sign said UCC Financing Statements.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 23rd day of
March , A.D. , 1987 .

RIDER A
All of the rights and interests of the Debtor in the Loan
Agreement dated as of June 1, 1986 by and between the Debtor and
Weld Mental Health Center, Inc. , 1306 11th Avenue, Greeley,
Colorado, and the moneys and investments in the Bond Fund and
Construction Fund under the Indenture of Trust dated as of June
1, 1986, between the Debtor and the Secured Party.

Facilities Bonds, Series 1986

Dear Mr. Morrison:
As was discussed in our telephone conversation earlier
today, we have determined upon reviewing our files that the
U.C.C. Financing Statements concerning the above-referenced bond
issue which we thought were filed with the Secretary of State and
recorded in Weld County have not been filed and recorded.
We would, therefore, greatly appreciate your helping us
obtain the County' s authorized signature and then forwarding
these Statements, in the postage prepaid envelope provided, to
Mr. Conrad Greicar, Senior Vice President and Trust Officer of
IntraWest Bank of Greeley, for his signature. He can then return
the signed Financing Statements in the Federal Express envelope
that has also been enclosed.
