AGREEMENT FOR LANDSCAPING AND
INSTALLATION OF SPRINKLING SYSTEM
THIS AGREEMENT, made an entered into this day of
-or , 19 cT ., by and between Weld County,
Co_ a o, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of the
County of Weld, Colorado, 915 Tenth Street, Greeley, Colorado
80631 (hereinafter "County") , and Adams Lawn Company, P. O. Box
459 , Ault, Colorado 80610 (hereinafter "Contractor" ) .
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, County desires to install a sprinkling system and
landscaping at the Weld County Headstart Annex Building, 520 13th
Avenue, Greeley, Colorado 80631 , and
WHEREAS , The Board of County Commissioners of the County of
Weld has accepted the bid for said work from Contractor.
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the promises and
mutual agreements contained herein, County and Contractor hereby
agree as follows:
1 . Duties of Contractor
A. Contractor shall install a sprinkling system at the Weld
County Headstart Annex Building, 520 13th Avenue, Greeley,
Colorado 80631 , according to the minimum County
specifications outlined on page 5 of Bid Request Number
500514-85, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof as
Exhibit "A. "
B. Contractor further shall landscape the area surrounding
the Weld County Headstart Annex Building according to the
minimum County specifications done on page 6 of Bid Request
Number 500514-85 , which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof as Exhibit "A. "
C. Contractor shall complete said installation of
sprinkling system and landscaping no later than April 15 ,
1986 , as weather permits.
D. Contractor shall provide a General Warranty for said
sprinkling system for 1 year from the date of installation,
provided County properly winterizes said system.
2 . Duties of County
A. County shall pay the sum of $2 ,950 for the installation
of said sprinkling system, and the sum of 51 ,550 for said
landscaping.

B. The cost for all materials included in said installation
and landscaping shall be included in the price stated in
paragraph A above.
C. County shall pay for the materials for said sprinkling
system immediately after Contractor purchases them.
Contractor shall purchase said materials then bill County for
payment of the same. At the completion of said installation,
County shall pay Contractor the sum of $2 ,950 less the cost
of the materials for the sprinkling system.
