RE: BEEBE DRAW LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY SPECIAL MEETING
A public meeting was conducted on January 27, 1988, at 9:00 A.M. , with
the following present:
Commissioner Gene Brantner, Chairman - Excused
Commissioner C.W. Kirby, Pro-Tem
Commissioner Jacqueline Johnson
Commissioner Gordon E. Lacy
Commissioner Frank Yamaguchi
Also present:
Acting Clerk to the Board, Tommie Antuna
County Attorney, Thomas 0. David
The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice, which was duly posted, a
special meeting of the Beebe Draw Law Enforcement Authority Board was
conducted to consider a Resolution and Intergovernmental Agreement for
the creation of the Weld 911 Emergency Telephone Service. Commissioner
Kirby, Chairman Pro-Tem, made this matter of record. There was no
public comment offered concerning this matter. Commissioner Johnson
moved to approve the Resolution and Intergovernmental Agreement
concerning the creation of the Weld 911 Emergency Telephone Service and
authorize the Chairman to sign said documents. Commissioner Lacy
seconded the motion and it carried unanimously.
This Certification was approved on the lst day of February, 1988.
