RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT TO COMMUNICATIONS ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Communications
Advisory Board, and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to appoint George Ward,
representing Police Zone 3 , to the Communications Advisory Board,
for a term to expire December 31 , 1991 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that George Ward,
representing Police Zone 3 , be, and hereby is , appointed to the
Communications Advisory Board, with his term to expire December
31 , 1991 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 12th day of
December, A.D. , 1988 .
