RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 1498 - VICENTE G. MARTINEZ
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, on the 11th day of January, 1989 , considered the request
of Vicente G. Martinez for a mobile home to be used as a principal
dwelling, and
WHEREAS, said mobile home is to be occupied in an
A-Agricultural Zone District on a parcel of land being more
particularly described as follows:
Lot 7 , Block 6 , Aristocrat Ranchettes, Weld
County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the
testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject to
the following conditions : 1) The applicant shall apply for a
building permit for the mobile home within thirty days from the
date of approval by the Board of County Commissioners; 2) A septic
permit shall be obtained prior to the issuance of a building
permit; 3) Prior to the issuance of a building permit, the owner
shall submit evidence that a water tap is supplying water in such
a manner as to be adequate in quality, quantity and dependability
for the proposed use; and 4) The mobile home shall not be located
on the property until such time that the building permit has been
issued and the above mentioned conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request of
Vicente G. Martinez for permission to place a mobile home to be
used as a principal dwelling on the above described parcel of
land, which was found to be in compliance with Section 43 of the
Weld County Zoning Ordinance , be , and hereby is , granted subject
to the hereinabove listed conditions.

Location: West of Harold Street and north of Morris Avenue.
The Department of Planning Services' staff has reviewed this request and
recommends that the request be approved for the following reasons:

Plan.

X Be in harmony with the character of the
neighborhood.
X Adversely affect the immediate area.
X Be adequately served by water and sewage disposal
facilities.
X Adversely affect the general health, safety and
welfare of the inhabitants of the area and the
County.
Aristocrat Ranchetees Water Project, Incorporated, has confirmed that a
water tap is available for this mobile home.
The Department of Planning Services' staff recommendation for approval is
conditional upon the following:
1. The applicant applying for a building permit for the mobile home
within thirty (30) days from the date of approval of the zoning
permit.
2. A septic permit shall be obtained prior to the issuance of a
building permit.

3. Prior to the issuance of a building permit, the owner shall submit
evidence that a water tap is supplying water in such a manner as
to be adequate in quality, quantity, and dependability for the
proposed use.

and 3 have been complied with.
