RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS , REAPPOINTMENT, AND REASSIGNMENTS TO
WELD COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, several vacancies currently exist in the Weld County
Board of Adjustment, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Gyneth (Butch) Benson
be appointed to replace Dianne Hajec as an associate member of
said Board, with his term to expire December 31 , 1990, and
WHEREAS , it has been recommended that Grant Dissette be
appointed to replace David Woronoff as an associate member of said
Board, with his term to expire December 11 , 1992 , and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Ed Dolan be reappointed
to represent District 3 on said Board, with his term to Expire
December 31 , 1992, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Dianne Hajec -be
reassigned from associate member to regular -member _representing
District 2 on said -Board , -to fill the unexpired term of Bob
Sorensen, with her term to expire December 31 , 1991 , and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that David Woronoff be
reassigned from associate member to an at-large _regular -member
position, with his term to expire -December 31 , 1992 , -and
WHEREAS , the -Board deems it advisable to appoint, reappoint ,
and reassign the above named persons to the Weld County Board of
Adjustment, with their terms to expire as stated above.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of _County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Gyneth (Butch) Benson
and Grant Dissette be, and hereby are, appointed as associate
members of the Weld County Board of Adjustment, with their terms
to expire as stated above.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Ed Dolan be, and
hereby is, reappointed to the Weld County Board of Adjustment,
with his term to expire December 31 , 19-92 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Dianne -Hajec and
David Woronoff be , and hereby are reassigned as regular members on
the Weld County Board of Adjustment, with their terms to -expire as
stated above.

Please add the following ,appointments, reappointment, and reassignments to
the Board's Wednesday, December 27, 1989, agenda:
Weld County Board of Adjustment
Appointments
Gyneth (Butch) Benson will be appointed as an associate member. He will
replace Dianne Hajec who is being reassigned. Mr. Benson's term will expire
12/31/90.
Grant Dissette will be appointed as an associate member. He will replace
David Woronoff who is being reassigned. Mr. Dissette's term will expire
12/31/92.
Reappointment
Ed Dolan will be reappointed to represent District 3. His term will expire
12/31/92.
Reassignments
Dianne Hajec will be -reassigned from associate member to regular member
representing District 2. She will replace Bob Sorensen who is resigning.
Her term of office -will expire 12/31/91.
David Woronoff will be reassigned from associate member to an at-large
regular member. He will replace Paul Allen who has served the maximum
length of time. Mr. Woronoff's term will expire 12/31/92.
