RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF GARY SANDAU AND GLEN STOKES TO
UTILITIES COORDINATING ADVISORY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , vacancies currently exist on the Utilities
Coordinating Advisory Committee, and
WHEREAS , it has been recommended that Glen Stokes be
appointed to serve as the Home Light and Power representative,
replacing Richard Fennelly, with his term to begin May 8 , 1985 ,
and to expire December 31 , 1985 .
WHEREAS , it has been recommended that Gary Sandau be
appointed to serve as Fire Protection alternate, replacing Paul
Witt, with his term to begin May 8 , 1985 , and to expire December
31 , 1987 , and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board that Glen Stokes,
representative for Home Light and Power, be, and hereby is ,
appointed to the Utilities Coordinating Advisory Committee, with
his term to expire December 31 , 1985 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, that Gary Sandau, be, and hereby is ,
appointed to serve as Fire Protection alternate on the Utilities
Coordinating Advisory Committee , with his term to expire December
31 , 1987 .

Gary Sandau - Will be replacing Paul Witt as the Fire Protection
Alternate. His term of office will begin on Wednesday, May 8, 1985

Glen Stokes - Glen is replacing Richard Fennelly as the Home Light
& Power representative. His term of office will begin on Wednesday,
