RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVE REASSIGNMENT AND REAPPOINTMENT OF ANN GARRISON AND
REASSIGNMENT OF IVAN GOSNELL ON THE WELD COUNTY PLANNING
COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, several vacancies currently exist on the Weld County
Planning Commission, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Ann Garrison be
reassigned from an At-Large position to the District 4 position,
and that she be reappointed for a term to expire July 31 , 1991 ,
and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Ivan Gosnell be
reassigned from an At-Large position to the District 3 position,
with his term expiring July 31 , 1989 , and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reassign and
reappoint Ann Garrison and to reassign Ivan Gosnell as hereinabove
stated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Ann Garrison be, and
hereby is reassigned from an At-Large position on the Weld County
Planning Commission to the District 4 position.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Ann Garrison be, and
hereby is, reappointed to the Weld County Planning Commission,
with her term to expire July 31 , 1991 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Ivan Gosnell be, and
hereby is, reassigned from an At-Large position on the Weld County
Planning Commission to the District 5 position.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 24th day of
August, A.D. , 1988.

Please add the following items to the Board's Wednesday, August 24, 1988,

OV t911 'fudge William West will replace Judge Jonathan Hays on the Community
Jorrections Board. His term of office will expire August 1, 1991. Judge
Hays has served the maximum length of time.

Paulette Weaver is not willing to serve another term on the Planning
Commission. Ann Garrision will be reassigned from At-Large to District 4 to
fill Paulette's place. We are currently advertizing to fill the At-Large
Da-A vacancy this will leave. Ann will also be reappointed at this time, with
��, her term of office to expire July 31, 1991.
Louis Rademacher will not be serving another term on the Planning
�8wt Commission. Ivan Gosnell will be reassigned from At-Large to District 5 to
fill Louis' position. Again, we are advertizing to fill the At-Large
position this leaves. Ivan's term of office will remain the same, expiring
7/31/89.
