RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO RECORDED EXEMPTION NO. 741 - JEAN
AND JUDY SIRIOS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on March 20 , 1985 , the Board approved Recorded
Exemption No. 741 for Jean and Judy Sirios concerning property
located in part of the NW', Section 11 , Township 1 North, Range 63
West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Condition #2 of said Recorded Exemption No. 741
states , "the applicants shall submit a revised mylar plat showing
a seventy-five foot road reservation east of the centerline of
State Highway 79 along the western boundary of the entire 154 . 884
acre parcel as recommended by the State Highway Department in its
letter dated March 11 , 1985 , " and
WHEREAS, it has been requested that Recorded Exemption No.
741 be amended to require only a fifty-five foot road reservation,
which, with the twenty foot front yard set-back, will total
seventy five feet, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to
approve said amendment to Recorded Exemption No. 741 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Recorded Exemption
No. 741 be, and hereby is, amended to require only a fifty-five
foot road reservation.

Beginning,at the Northwest corner of said Section 11, thence South along the West line
of said NWk a distance of 765.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, thence continuing

Section lit thence East along the East-West Centerline of Section 11 a distance of 2640
