RE: APPROVE CONTINUANCE OF HEARING CONCERNING CREATION OF WELD
COUNTY BEEBE DRAW LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a hearing was scheduled on the 14th day of August,
1985 , for the Board of County Commissioners to consider the
creation of Weld County Beebe Draw Law Enforcement Authority, and
WHEREAS, at the hearing of August 14 , 1985 , Lee Morrison,
Assistant County Attorney, requested that said hearing be
continued to a later date, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board determined that it was
advisable to continue said hearing to August 28 , 1985 , at or about
10 : 00 . A.M.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the hearing to
consider the creation of Weld County Beebe Draw Law Enforcement
Authority be, and hereby is, continued to August 28 , 1985 , at or
about 10 :00 A.M.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 14th day of
August, A.D. , 1985 .

I represent the owner of real property interests
in the proposed Law Enforcement Authority District.
We are advised that you will conduct a hearing
with respect to creation of this Authority and that that
hearing has been scheduled for August 14 , 1985 at 10 :00
a.m.
For reasons that I have discussed with County
Attorney Lee Morrison, I hereby request that you continue
the hearing to August 28 , 1985 , at 10 : 00 a.m. You should
be advised that a subsequent continuance request may also
be made.

NOTICE
Pursuant to Section 30-11-401, et seq. , CRS, as amended, a public hearing
will be held in the Chambers of the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, Weld County Centennial Center, 915 10th Street, First
Floor, Greeley, Colorado, at the time specified. All persons in any manner
interested in this matter are requested to attend and may be heard.
Should the applicant or any interested party desire the presence of a
certified court reporter to make a record of the proceedings, in addition to
the taped record which will be kept during the hearing, the Clerk to the
Board's Office can be contacted for a list of certified court reporters in
the area. If a court reporter is obtained, the Clerk to the Board's Office
shall be advised in writing of such action at least five days prior to the
hearing. The cost of engaging a court reporter shall be borne by the
requesting party.
BE IT ALSO KNOWN that the text may be examined in the office of the Clerk to
the Board of County Commissioners, located in the Weld County Centennial
Center, 915 10th Street, Third Floor, Greeley, Colorado.
