BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the effective date of said fee schedule shall be January 1 , 1989 , and such fees shall remain in full force and effect until the Board ordains to change such fees. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that an emergency exists in that the fees need to be effective January 1 , 1989 ; therefore, Ordinance 84-I is declared to be an Emergency Ordinance under the provisions of Section 3-14 of the Weld County Home Rule Charter.
