RE: APPROVE RATIFICATION AND RENTAL DIVISION ORDER FROM MISSION
OIL CORPORATION, 1600 WEST FIRST STREET, LOVELAND, COLORADO
80537 , AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Weld County, Colorado, is the holder of a certain
lease with Mission Oil Corporation, and
WHEREAS, said lease covers land more particularly described
as follows:
Township 4 North, Range 67 West, 6th P.M.
Section 24 : Right of Way 100 feet wide over
and across the E}SE1 , as described in Deed
Book 1071 , Page 61 of the records of
Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, Mission Oil Corporation has submitted a Ratification
and Rental Division Order on the subject property, and
WHEREAS, said Ratification and Rental Division Order has been
reviewed by the Weld County Attorney' s staff and found to be in
order, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to approve said
Ratification and Rental Division Order on the parcel of land
described herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Ratification and
Rental Division Order as submitted by Mission Oil Corporation,
1600 West First Street, Loveland, Colorado 80537 , on the
hereinabove described parcel of land be, and hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and
hereby is, authorized to sign said Ratification and Rental
Division Order.

Gentlemen :
In preparing the 1989 delay rental payment: for the above
referenced lease, we discovered that no delay. rental had been
paid for the lease in 1988 .
Therefore, we ask that you accept the enclosed Delay Rental
Payment 41145 for the year 1989 , in the amount of $4.45 ; and
Delay Rental Payment 41146 for the year 1988, in the amount of
$4 .45 .
I have also enclosed a Ratification and Rental Division Order
to be signed by the Board upon acceptance of the late delay
rental payment for 1988 . Please execute the. RRDO, retain one
original for your file, and return an executed original to this
office in the enclosed stamped, self-addressed envelope.
