Tar Ianelle:
You will recall that Sunshine had to deposit $15,000 ($5,000 per well) in
connection with the -Hoshiko #6-33, Hoshiko #8-33, and Bliss #10-33 wells
drilled in Section 33, Township 6 North, Range 65 West under Amended USR
717:85:-64. The $5,000 deposit in connection with the HOshikO #6-33 in the
SE;NW;, -a dry hole, has been returned. The other two wells, the Hoshiko #8-33
in the SE'NE'4 and the Bliss #10-33 in the NW-SE', have now kin completed, and
final inspections under building permits 31019 and 31007 shoul-d-be in process.
Sunshine Valley hereby requests that the County refund the $10,000 in
connection with those two recently completed wells. After such refund, the
USR account at Union Colony Bank will continue to have the required $5,-000 on
deposit according to the terms of-the Amended USR.
Refund should be made to Mazuma Turnkey Contractors, Inc. , since Mazuma was
the party placing the funds in the USR account at Union Colony Bank.
P1-aaae let me know what else you may need to bring about this refund.
