rear Mr. McCoy:
The tepartrent cf Planning Services' staff has reviewed your August 15,
1989, letter. It is m3 understanding the facility's capability has beer
increased to 6 million cubic feet a day of natural gas and approximately 8
thousand gallons per day of liquids. This was accomplished by the addition
cf 4 new compressors, a glycol skid, a 300 barrel tank, ar,d a 15,000 gal
storage tar•k. The: staff has determined that this would not be ccrsidered a
material deviation from the plans and/or standards as approved for USE-586.
This determination is ccrtingent upor an aner.ded plat being submitted to
&Ycw all equipment and pxcper building permits being obtained.

This letter is to inform you that the gas plant
located at Weld County roads 40 and 13 is being leased by
Thompson Valley Gas, Inc. from Darenco, Inc. Any questions
regarding the plant should be addressed to:

Enclosed please find a diagram of the access from
county road 40 to the plant. At the present time the east
access is the only one being used the west access remaining
locked.
