Home My WebLink About860804.tiff RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE CONTINUANCE OF HEARING CONCERNING USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW - JACK TATUM WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, on the 18th day of August, 1986, the Board considered the request of Jack Tatum for a Use by Special Review for a wood cutting and processing operation, and WHEREAS, the Board was advised by the Department of Planning Services that the subject property was not properly posted ten days prior to the hearing, and WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to continue this matter to August 20 , 1986 , at 2: 00 P.M. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the hearing to consider the application of Jack Tatum for a Use by Special Review be, and hereby is , continued to August 20 , 1986 , at 2: 00 P.M. Morrison Planning Department representative, Gloria Dunn The following business was transacted: I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated July 28, 1986, and duly published July 31, 1986, in the Johnstown Breeze, a public hearing was conducted to consider a request for a Use by Special Review submitted by Jack Tatum. This request is for a wood cutting and processing operation. Assistant County Attorney, Lee Morrison made the matter of record. Ms. Dunn said Mr. Tatum had contacted their office and said he had not received notice of this hearing ten days prior to the hearing in order to properly post the subject site. She said the Planning staff is recommending that this matter be continued to August 20. Commissioner Brantner moved to continue this hearing to August 20 at 2:00 P.M.
